Large Specialty Publisher

A large specialty publisher needed an email delivery solution that can support automated newsletters and alerts as well as standalone promotional emails. The publisher looked at creating an in-house solution, but it was going to be complicated, subscribers would need to choose from over 100 different newsletters each with overlapping content, and it was going to be expensive to set up and maintain. Also the popular site was concerned about performance for delivering to over 1 million subscribers. Maintaining in-house servers to handle the delivery load was prohibitive.

Xtenit was able to provide an out-of-the-box solution for the publisher with customizable alert and newsletter registration forms that made it easy and intuitive for subscribers to get the precise information they needed. Also, Xtenit, as a cloud-based offering, provided the lowest cost option for the publisher.
